All new clients start with a one-on-one, in-person onboarding phase, priced at $275 for the first month as part of a two-month commitment. This phase is designed to assess your fitness level, establish clear goals, and build a strong foundation for your fitness journey. You’ll receive customized workouts, hands-on coaching, and consistent support to ensure you’re on the right track from day one. Additional services such as progress tracking, physical assessments, and basic nutrition guidance are available to support your individual goals if needed. This is a starter pack, “Habit builder”.

For those who enjoy training with others, I offer small group sessions with a maximum of three participants per class. This format still allows for focused coaching and personalized attention while creating a motivating group atmosphere. The rate for group training is $200 per person, per month, making it a more affordable option while still receiving quality instruction and support.

SINGLE DAY SESSION IS A PREVIEW OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING EITHER IF YOUR CHOSE THE WEEKLY OR MONTHLY PROGRM. SINGLE DAY SESSION ARE ONLY A ONE TIME THING FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS.
